Our Practice
Dr. Puthalapattu or "Dr. Sowmya" as she is known by her patients has been in practice in nephrology in Kingwood | Humble | Atascosita | Cleveland area since 2009.
She earned her Medical degree from AFMC, Pune India. She completed her internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship from St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York, NY. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and nephrology.
Dr. Puthalapattu is a member of TMA, AMA, ASN, the NKF, Renal Physical and harris county medical society
Dr. Puthalapattu is on the Medical Staff at KWMC, MHNE-Humble, and Houston Northwest Medical Center. She sees patients in the Humble and Atascocita offices.
